respectivamente com escritório à Rua Edmundo Luís de Nóbrega Teixeira, 227,
Santo Amaro, São Paulo - SP, aos quais confere amplos e gerais poderes de
representação perante qualquer órgão Federal, Estadual ou Municipal, no
Brasil, podendo atuar em conjunto ou separadamente, independentemente da
ordem de nomeação, para o fim de praticar todos os atos que forem
necessários para requerer e obter registros de propriedade industrial e
intelectual, tais como: registros de marcas, patentes, desenho industrial,
programa de computador, extensão e proteção de nome empresarial, averbação
de contratos de fornecimento e transferência de tecnologia, licenciamentos
e cor relatos, requerer caducidade, elaborar contestações, manifestações,
comprovações, receber e pagar taxas e emolumentos, anuidades, requerer
buscas, prorrogações, transferências, alterações, cancelamentos, retirar
certidões e documentos, cumprir exigências, apresentar oposições e
recursos, replicar aos interpostos por terceiros, nulidades
administrativas, peticionar, restaurar, desarquivar, desistir, renunciar,
além de notificar e contra notificar extra judicialmente, requerer em fim
tudo que for do interesse da outorgante referente a assunto de propriedade
industrial e intelectual, inclusive substabelecer este em outro, no todo ou
em parte, com ou sem reserva de iguais direitos, podendo portanto atender a
todas as formalidades legais e administrativas, bem como praticar todos os
atos que se fazem necessários para o bom e fiel cumprimento deste mandato,
ficando ratificados atos eventualmente já praticados.

under nº 02.581.462/0001-75, with head offices in São Paulo, Brazil, hereby
represented by its co-partners EDER MARTINI LOPES, enrolled with the São
Paulo Accountants Association under nr. 1SP178.512/0-7 and enrolled with
the Individual Taxpayer Roll of the Ministry of Finance under nr.
011.810.238-90, and MARISOL NUÑEZ VALEIRO, enrolled with the Individual
Taxpayer Roll of the Ministry of Finance under nr. 088.499.448-10, both
with their offices at Rua Edmundo Luís de Nóbrega Teixeira, 227, Santo
Amaro, São Paulo - SP, Brazil, to whom are granted any and all special
powers to represent the Grantor before any Federal, State or local
government body in Brazil, acting jointly or severally, no matter the order
of nomination, so to practice all the acts that may be deemed necessary to
request and obtain indust rial and intellectual property rights, such as:
trademark registrations, patents, industrial models, software, extension
and protection of corporate names, request of riders for technology supply
and transference contracts, licenses and similar, to request cancellation,
to submit pleas, statements, proofs, to receive and pay fees and
emoluments, annuities, to require searches, postponements, assignments,
changes, cancellations, to receive certificates and documents, to fulfill
demands, to present oppositions and appeals, to reply to those ones
presented by third parties, administrative nullities, to request, to
retrieve, to take from files, to cease, to renounce, to give or reply to
notices out of court. The attorneys are further granted the power to
request anything that may be deemed of interest for the Grantor concerning
industrial and intellectual property related-subjects, including the power
to partially or totally substitute the powers herein granted to third
parties, with or without re serve of the same powers, thus being authorized
to meet all legal and administrative formalities, and to perform all acts
deemed necessary for the good and faithful execution of this power of
attorney, being ratified all eventual acts already performed.
